Introducing Nichole & Matt! Their wedding at The Mayo Hotel in Tulsa, OK was a classic! Their wedding was so much fun. The love between them was so sweet, and celebrating with all of their friends and family was the cherry on top! The Mayo has such an exquisite reception hall! It is one of our absolute favorite venues to capture the bride and groom as they celebrate with their favorite people! We love sharing our client’s love stories, so here’s a little about Nichole & Matt!

Nicole & Matt

Nicole and Matt met back in 2012 at their old bank job. Matt supervised one of the branches Nichole worked at. They would flirt at the bank and Matt would bug her all the time to date him. Nichole needed convincing because she thought all he did in his spare time was play video games. She figured they wouldn’t have anything in common. To her surprise, she was wrong!! Matt convinced her to give him in shot and they began dating in 2013. Nichole says, “best decision I ever made.”

How did Matt pop the question?

The proposal was perfect for Matt and Nichole. He knew she didn’t want anything to big or elaborate, so his plan was simple and sweet. He went the traditional route. Nice dinner with Nichole’s favorite food- steak! After they ordered food, Matt slid the box across the table to Nichole. She opened it and said YES!

What do you love most about each other and your marriage?

Nichole: “I love how thoughtful and caring Matt is. He would do anything to make sure you’re taken care of and happy. I love that our marriage is so easy. We work well together and share everything. We both believe marriage is 50/50 and one person shouldn’t be giving everything and doing everything. This works for us and it makes everyday enjoyable. Matt is my best friend and that is probably what I love most about our marriage – living everyday with my best friend.”

Matt: “We can be ourselves and we have each other’s back.”
